I had my physiotherapy following a second hip replacement. I found the physiotherapy in hospital was sound. The physiotherapy I had as an outpatient was excellent. She took me through the full range of movements and gave me the confidence to know I was doing the exercises correctly. I was given further goals to achieve which were checked at the second visit. I had a initial appointment with Laura last week. She identified how I can safely exercise to heal diastasis recti and build a strong core post csection.
